As Director of Human Resources and Office Manager, Marianne oversees all HR functions integral to the daily operations of the company. With over 30 years of experience, she manages HR compliance, benefits administration, employee relations, and the onboarding process for new hires, all while ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations and company policies. In addition to her HR expertise, Marianne plays a key role in overseeing administrative and operational tasks, fostering effective communication across departments. She also specializes in preparing construction contracts, contributing to the seamless functioning and growth of the organization. Marianne holds an associate’s degree in business, along with OSHA 30-hour certification, HazCom, and First Aid/CPR/AED training. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring all forms of crafting. |
