As Chief Executive Officer of Integrated Builders, Jay started the company more than 3 decades ago with the principle that collaboration and communication are crucial to successful partnerships. Jay takes pride in going beyond the daily operations with a practical mindset, hands-on work ethic and a deep understanding of the clients’ needs. He offers his construction expertise on all projects which has been setting the tone for Integrated Builders for more than 30 years. Jay is an active participant from conception-through-completion on each project. His project experience includes ground-up construction and renovations, repositioning of commercial office buildings and tenant space for corporate use, recreation, advanced technologies, manufacturing, retail, and multi-residential complexes.

One of Jay’s greatest strengths lies in his exceptional client management skills. Over the years, he has built long-standing relationships with clients, earning their trust, and establishing a strong rapport. Jay understands the importance of truly listening to his clients and understanding their needs. By doing so, he can deliver projects that not only meet their expectations but exceed them.

Throughout his career, Jay has worked with a remarkable list of New England clients including Dell EMC, Equity Industrial Partners, Siemens, Intuitive Surgical, Calare Properties and Werfen to name a few. Jay actively participates in charitable activities for various organizations, including the South Shore Hospital and South Shore YMCA. Jay earned his Bachelor of Science from University of Massachusetts. As a thoughtful leader and industry expert, Jay’s clients can rest assured that their projects are in capable hands.
