DEMO HAS BEGUN AT WERFEN’S NEW RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT FACILITY
BEDFORD, MA
Demolition has begun in Bedford, MA for the new 169,500 square-foot Research & Development facility for Werfen. The new facility will feature a 27,500 square-foot lab space and 91,000 square-foot office space on the first and second floors, perched over a 51,000 square-foot ground-level parking area for 160 vehicles. A new elevated bridge will connect the research facility to the adjacent building on the second level.
