Integrated Builders is excited to announce our partnership with the Shearwater Companies on the new 80,000 square-foot warehouse addition in Stoughton, MA.
Designed by DJSA Architecture, this project will feature extensive sitework including and an underground detention system, stormwater runoff and utility infrastructure improvements. Also included will be a new fire suppression system and electrical services. There will be new landscaping, irrigation, hardscaping and a new lighting system.
The warehouse addition will include structural steel frame with insulated wall panels with an aluminum window systems. The building will house a new power distribution system, renewable energy system, all new LED lighting fixtures and much more.
