
In his new role, Gates will be responsible for the supervision of all accounting and financial functions. He will organize and report accurate financial data, he will oversee the capital structure of the firm, and devise financial strategies and forecasts. Gates will also make recommendations to key decision makers based on thorough financial analysis.
Gates is a former President of the Massachusetts Chapter of the Construction Financial Management Association, an organization with 200+ members. He is a Certified Public Accountant, and a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants. In addition to remaining active in organizations related to his profession, Gates has also served on boards for numerous non-profit entities.
Gates was educated at Rochester Institute of Technology where he received his Bachelor’s in Accounting, and Northeastern University where he received his Master’s in Business Administration.
