Given the pace of the work and the volume of field coordination required, execution took on a design/build-style approach, with direct collaboration between subcontractors, the end user, and the project team to resolve issues quickly and maintain progress. More than 40 RFIs were managed throughout the project, underscoring the level of coordination needed to turn the vision into an operational space while protecting the path to occupancy.

Another look inside one of our current Design-Build projects. Progress in this space really puts the scale into perspective. From this vantage point, you can see just how large a 300' x 850' high-bay pre-engineered metal building feels before the full interior build-out takes shape. This view looks down the wide 85' x 100' column bay, designed to support 100' bridge cranes that will serve component manufacturing, final assembly, and pre-delivery testing for the 12-passenger seaglider at this advanced manufacturing facility for Regent.

For Isto Biologics, an existing office building was reimagined into a purpose-built biotech R&D environment designed to support science, safety, collaboration, and future growth. The video walks through each phase of the process, from layout and marking to demolition, structural prep, cleanroom construction, tissue storage build-out, and the finished warehouse, cleanroom, and office areas.
